Based on the reviews here, we stayed at this hotel for a day while returning form Dresden. We totally enjoyed our stay here, we have two kids. The kids totally enjoyed their time, there is a nice play area outside the hotel. Additionally there is a play room inside the hotel, this kept the kids engaged and allowed us to enjoy our dinner. Behind the hotel is a hiking path, there is also a small stream running along the path. The views were lovely. The location of the hotel is outside town, so it's calm. We did not find supermarket or restaurants nearby. So either pickup what you need or eat at the restaurant in the hotel. We would love to come back here again during the vacations.

went there for a meal after a nice hike from Stapelburg, the food was phantastic, the people welcoming to the tired hikers and the lively dog, can recommend the restaurant, did not stay in the hotel

supercool place, nice room, friendly staff, excellent food. stayed over for 4 days, nice garden, wedding party ongoing ... lots of fun. next day hoffeste ... live music and drunk singers ... I loved it .. usual very quit and good place to start small hikes ...
